The view was breathtaking and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the cable car ride and the hikes around the area. The lakes were sparkling and there were plenty of mountain marmots to see. The room was cozy and comfortable. It was a great escape from the city.
The dinner menu was limited and the food was overpriced. Breakfast consisted of only bread, cheese, and jam - very basic indeed.

The Albergo Robiei in San Carlo was a fantastic base for our hiking trip. The location and views were amazing, surrounded by the beautiful Alps. The staff was nice and understanding when we needed an extra night without a reservation. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and the wifi and TV were available. The restaurant provided delicious meals, although slightly pricey. a great experience and we would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and only accessible by cable car or hiking. We were able to explore multiple alpine lakes and enjoy fine views of the glacier. The staff was cute, understanding, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and there were ample hotel facilities, including wifi and TV. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.

Guests get to enjoy short to moderate hikes to alpine lakes and stunning glacier views. the rooms were basic but comfortable, with amenities such as wifi and TV. the restaurant served good food, albeit a bit pricey, and the staff was friendly.
